Meet Our Team

Sometimes Tracy’s family is (to quote her!) “dysfunctional” with her two boys, Andrew, 22 and Adam, 17 and loving husband, Kelly of 18 years. She has 3 dogs, one big dog, Mack and 2 chihuahuas. One has long black hair, Syliva the other has white short hair, Dewey. She has a patient to thank for that little one!

Tracy loves to do interior decorating. But sometimes, she enjoys getting dirty doing jobs that would usually be “fit for a man.” However, if she gets in too deep, her husband always seems to bail her out!

Tracy is no stranger to the tooth world. She’s been an ortho assistant for over 13 years! She loves the patients she works with and what she does to change their lives “one smile at a time.” She says that each team member here has something unique and there is harmony. That’s what it takes to have success and an awesome orthodontic team!!

Lisa lives in the Alton area and has been married to Mike for over 20 years. They have 3 children, Alexis, Taylor and Abby. They share their home with their Pug - Zoe, Bullmastiff - Toby, and Boxer - Libby. As a family, they love to travel. Recently, they took a trip to Colorado where they went white water rafting for the first time!

Lisa has a great attitude and many years of experience (she’s been in the dental field for more than 10 years!), she says loves working with the kids at Dr. Haug’s office.

Shelley has been married to Tim for 20 years. She has 1 daughter, Amanda, 15, and a nephew, Chance, 14. They also have a Toy Maltese named Lilly. Shelley is an avid gardener and loves to plant flowers to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. When she isn’t gardening, she’s spending time with friends and family – and possibly playing the harmonica!

When asked what Shelley’s favorite thing about working at Dr. Haug’s office is, she replied “Working with the most talented, cheerful group of ladies to achieve beautiful smiles that change lives.”

Jeane lives just outside the Alton area, in the country with her boys, Sean and Patrick. Her long time boyfriend, Zack, also has a son, Dylan. They all spend a lot of time together riding dirt bikes and getting muddy!

Jeane has been an orthodontic assistant for over 7 years now and loves how she’s playing a role in changing the way of lot of people view themselves. She feels she’s “setting them up for great opportunities.” With Jeane’s great attitude and sense of humor, she’s a great addition to the team here at Haug Orthodontics!

Dawn is from the Godfrey area and has been married to Gary for 24 years. Together they have 3 children. Mikayla, 17, Tanner, 14 and Mariah, 12. They also have two playful dogs, Kobi and Diego.

Dawn is also a massage therapist and has been practicing for 10 years. She is also part owner of Body Restoration in downtown Alton. She says she likes getting to know the patients and watching the unbelievable transformations. She really likes working at Haug Orthodontics because “we try to make it fun as well as have fun.” And we do!! Come see for yourself!

Stacey lives in the Alton area with her husband Chris (of 8 years) and their 2 kids, Brentleigh, 7 and Brody, 3. Their Boston Terrier, Benson keeps everyone in the house busy. Stacey has recently come back to Dr. Haug’s office after working in a general dentist’s office. She says she “missed orthodontics more than she thought!” In her spare time, Stacey likes working out at the gym or playing with PhotoShop on the computer.

She says she loves working with the kids here, encouraging them to do their best, whether it’s brushing or wearing elastics. “I’m a big fan of before and after pictures. I like to see a dramatic difference and perfection in the final picture.”

Being a mom of 6 year old Jordan and a new baby girl, Olivia keeps Stephanie and her husband Josh pretty busy. But Stephanie always makes time to watch “So You Think You Can Dance”! She loves anything to do with dancing and was a dancer for 7 years.

She says the team at Haug Orthodontics puts forth a lot of effort, respect and love to be successful. She loves meeting new people and “watching how creating a beautiful smiles for each of our patients gives them a sense of pride and confidence.”

Prince Charming rode in on a white stallion and took Julie’s hand in marriage 13 years ago. His name is Mike and blessed her with 2 healthy children, Sydney, 11 and Josh, 9. Their Maltipoo, Bailey, is a cuddler and lets the kids dress her up!

Julie enjoys the feeling of accomplishment when checking off something from one of the many lists she makes. This is one of the many characteristics needed to be a great appointment coordinator – which she is! Julie also just got her braces off 3 months early for being a great patient and wearing her elastics as prescribed!

Carol is from the Alton/Godfrey area and she married her high school sweetheart, Todd 14 years ago. They have 3 children together: Abby, 12, Sam, 10, and Will, 4. They also have Bindi, a black lab and a golden Tabby named Trigger. Carol’s family is very close and love spending time together barbequing and swimming.

It shows that Carol enjoys her job at Haug Orthodontics. She says she “loves the people she works with, they all have become great friends.” She also said “Dr. Haug is a great boss and gives her the empowerment she needs to do her job.”

Brad and Dr. Haug have been married for 19 years. They live in the Alton/Godfrey area with their 3 children, Brennan, 15, Kailin, 12, and Braden, 8. They also have a cat, Dark and a dog, Cody (that has recently moved out). Brad’s parents, Patsy and Roy, as well as his in-laws, Carolyn and Bill, also live in the area. He also has a brother who lives with his family in Chicago and a brother-in-law who lives in Edwardsville.

Brad enjoys golfing and even has 1 career hole-in-one!! He also likes basketball, baseball and football. In fact, he’s an assistant football coach at Alton High School. When he’s not managing the “fabulous team” at the office or making birdie on the 9th hole, he may be found the Lake of the Ozarks or snow skiing with his family in Colorado.
