| 10 Points | Perfect attendance - You must come to all scheduled appointments. These points will be awarded at the end of your orthodontic treatment. |
| 10 Points | Referring a friend - Tell a friend to come to the office and points will be given when that friend comes in for an initial exam. |
| 10 Points | Become a fan on Haug Orthodontics Facebook page |
| 10 Points | Get spotted in the community wearing your "Got Braces" or "I'm Wired" t-shirt. |
| 5 Points | Starting treatment – Points given the day orthodontic treatment starts. |
| 5 Points | Come in for a scheduled appointment during your birthday month |
| 5 Points | Bring your Win/Win card from your dental cleaning appointments. |
| 5 Points | Appointment slip drawing - Bring your appointment slip in to your appointment; put it in the drawing to win a quarterly prize. |
| 5 Points | Come in for a regularly scheduled archwire adjustment appointment during the hours of 10am and 2pm. (This does not apply to any other procedure appointments.) |
| 1 Points | Each "A" on report card - Points awarded quarterly. |
| 3 Points | Straight "A's" on report card - Points awarded quarterly. |
At each appointment:
| 1 Point | Be on time for appointment |
| 1 Point | Good or excellent hygiene |
| 1 Point | Nothing loose or broken |
| 1 Point | Good compliance - Dr. Haug will determine compliance |
| 1 Point | Wear "Got Braces" or "I'm Wired" t-shirt to school the day of your appointment. |
No OrthoRewards Points will be awarded at an "emergency" visit. (An "emergency visit" would be an appointment that was not a regularly scheduled appointment, at which there is a broken appliance, broken bracket, wire poking, etc...)
