We will thoroughly explain your payment options so that we can accommodate your needs.
We additionally offer our ‘Family Care Plan’, which includes discounts for siblings and family members beginning treatment simultaneously. Just ask any member of our team for details.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims as a courtesy to you.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance section on our questionnaire and bring a copy of your insurance card to your initial exam.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company. We submit claims and accept assignment of benefits as a courtesy to you. However you are ultimately responsible for the total treatment investment with our office.
